Great alcohol substitute
Nice product, but one has to stay off the alcohol totally, and take this religiously daily to feel the effects

Too much for what it's worth
I purchased this product for the second time and now that it is four times more expensive, $$$ $50.00🫢 is not as potent as the first time I purchased it, so it's not worth a 3rd time at that price. Especially when you can find the same at a more reasonable price.

Buyer Reware!
BUYER REWARE!!! I purchased several of these products. I wanted to see if any of these products would help with my over all well-being. I began to noticed that I was to receiving products that I did not ORDERED and in addition Nation Health MD was debiting my account without my permission. I sent notification to them that I wanted them to cease and desist from debiting my account and to immediately remove my name and address from their files. As I was writing this review two more products came that I did not Order! I am 67 years old and due to an auto-accident in 2011, I am completely disable. I am invalid who is bedridden. I live on my social security and my retirement funds, which isn't a lot in today's world, so when my bank account is deleted funds that I wasn't prepared for, I became angry and I felt so helpless and taken advantage of that I cried for hours, and I couldn't sleep, I kept worrying what can I do to make this company understand that I did not sign up for monthly products. Please if anyone at Nation Health MD, owners, associates, and/or employees' that read this review, remove my name and address from your file and refund my money. Cheri G
