Works great! I struggle with lymphedema in my legs and feet, so my feet and ankles are always swollen. On days when I've stood or walked too much, they get worse. I saw this product and thought I'd give it a go. I've been using this product for awhile now and I'm very pleased to say that the cooling effect is wonderful! I keep mine in the fridge, even though you can also put it in the freezer, I don't need it that cold. It's easy to use with my swollen feet, comfortable, has a long strap for convenience to secure it around your ankle and fits great. Some people have said it doesn't stay cold for long, I think it stays cold for just the right amount of time, being in the fridge vs. the freezer. The cooling effect makes a world of difference in helping with the pain and swelling. It's a durable neoprene material filled with cooling gel. It's not recommended you walk with it on. Just sit back and enjoy the pain relief. Would definitely recommend.

I broke my leg in February so that got pinned and bolted together. I had ankle reconstruction on the other ankle about 8 years ago. I use ice packs on the regular. These are fabulous for the end of the day. My only complaint is they only last about 15 minutes. You do not need towels to shield from the cold when you put them one. They wrap nicely and stay in place with better distribution of cold. Worth buying.

Love the feel, easy to use and is cold- just wished the cold lasted more that 10-15 minutes.

What I like: This provides snug and complete cold coverage of my entire ankle area, that’s hard to achieve with generic cold packs. What I don’t like: 1: It cools off a bit faster than typical cold packs I’ve used. 2: Tying to pull a neoprene sleeve over an injured ankle is way more painful and awkward than wrap type applications. For me, the more complete coverage doesn’t justify the poor cold retention and difficulty of pulling this on over an injury. I would not buy this again, not for a serious sprain anyways. This might be a good choice for those with ongoing ankle issues who want a bit of cooling and mild compression after a workout, but I think it’s not a good choice for a bad sprain.

This little ankle wrap is brilliant. I am using it for a badly sprained ankle. It surrounds my whole foot and ankle with cold. The swelling is going down much more rapidly than it would with regular ice packs. I highly recommend this!

Works great for sore ankles. Wish it would stay cool longer. I have three of these.
