Great sun protection for tattoos!
Great option for sun protection! Note that I did not use these for their intended purpose on the face. I noticed that they would be a perfect shape / fit for my treasured tattoo, so I bought them to protect my tattoos from the sun. They are awesome! I think the photos speak for themselves. One photo shows the patch on my skin after several hours and shows how it’s starting to peel a bit. The other photo shows the clear line around the tattoo, you can see how the patches very effectively protected it from the sun compared to the rest of my arm (which had SPF30 applied). A few quick tips: • I applied a small amount of sunscreen before applying the patch and let it dry completely. This worked well and I had no problems with the patch sticking! • I also tried reapplying sunscreen over the top of the patch. This did not work well, it began peeling. • they do not perform well in water/getting wet. As soon as I got in the water, it pilled and came off. • they are thinner than I expected - not in a bad way; just to set your expectations. I was expecting it to be more like a hydrocolloid/pimple patch. It’s more like if you made a very thin layer of serum and dehydrated it. • they’re not sticky to the touch! After letting it dry down, I was able to wear a shirt over it and it didn’t seem to affect its stickiness/wear time. Overall, I was impressed with these and will definitely purchase them again for future use! I’d love to see them made in different sizes or shapes!

Oof did I get scammed
What I received isn't what the video showed. I received repacked cell phone screen protectors that were cut in the shape of a sun patch. It had a peel away layer on each side, but the middle layer was stiff plastic, not stretchy or compliant in any way. I do not recommend.

Serious UV protection for my cheeks
These sun patches are great for outdoor activities, such as walking/hiking, pool, golf, etc and do a fantastic job of protecting the parts of my face most likely to get sunburnt from burns and damage. The patches are comfortable to wear and stay on well, even through sweat and water. I still use sunscreen cream on the rest of my face but I feel better knowing this area has extra protection. I also have some hyperpigmentation on one of my cheeks so having this also protects that area from becoming any darker and encourages it to heal (I also use skincare ingredients such as vitamin C, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, azelaic acid, and alpha-Arbutin, to help lighten it). These patches are worth the money; you get 10 pairs or 20 patches and they’re quite large. I highly recommend them!

A Practical Physical Barrier for Protecting Sun-Exposed Skin
I have made it into my late 50s without serious skin problems, aside from freckles and a growing collection of wrinkles that I am constantly trying to slow down. I am grateful that I took sun protection seriously over the years and did not treat sunscreen as optional, because the effects of repeated exposure tend to show up long after the damage is done. These UV skin patches are useful for the times when I know I will be outside for an extended period but do not want to rely entirely on sunscreen across the most exposed parts of my face. The large patches cover a substantial portion of the cheeks and jawline, which are exactly the areas that tend to receive a great deal of direct sunlight during activities such as walking, gardening, golfing, or spending time near the water. Application is fairly simple, although clean, dry skin is important. I found that the patches adhered easily when I avoided putting moisturizer or other products underneath them. Once positioned and smoothed down, they felt thin and comfortable rather than heavy or stiff. They are not completely invisible at every angle, so vanity may take a small temporary hit, but that seems like a reasonable trade for protecting the skin underneath. The patches are designed to provide UPF 50+ coverage and create a physical barrier against ultraviolet exposure. I still consider them part of a larger sun protection routine rather than a replacement for sunscreen everywhere else. A hat, sunscreen on uncovered areas, and sensible limits on exposure are still important. I also appreciate that they do not hurt when removed. The adhesive held securely enough for normal outdoor use, but peeling them away afterward did not pull aggressively at my skin or leave me feeling irritated. That makes them much easier to use regularly. The patches include skincare ingredients such as peptides and hyaluronic acid, although my main reason for using them is the physical sun protection rather than any cosmetic promise. Long-term skin preservation is worth far more to me than looking perfectly natural for a few hours outdoors. I am giving these UV patches four stars. They adhere well, provide broad coverage, feel comfortable, and remove without pain. They may be noticeable depending on lighting and application, but protecting vulnerable facial skin from repeated sun exposure is a worthwhile trade.

Innovative product!
Not gonna lie, placing the patch for the first time was a pain as I did not understand the instructions correctly. I ended up wasting the first one. However! If you've ever placed a screen protector on your phone it is basically the same idea and very straightforward. Once I was able to place them correctly it was the best thing ever. I live and play golf in CA and hated wearing those skin colored UV patches to block out freckles and sun spots. You feel them on your face no matter what, they peel off here and there and overall you look ridiculous lol. But these are virtually invisible and feel soooo comfortable. I almost forgot to peel them off at the end of the day! And my face is quite oily but the patched area stayed nicely matte (but not overly drying). Applying the supplied peptide cream on the patches is the key! Do not skip this final step. Once the cream goes on, small creases you may have magically disappears and the skin feels so moisturized and plump. I was very impressed with the product at the end of my rounding and told all my friends. Truly a game changer if you play golf or like to stay out in the sun a lot. Yes it's expensive but honestly I think it's worth every penny.. ***There is a tiny QR code on the back of packaging which will lead to a YouTube video showing a how to. Must watch before your 1st application. Otherwise you may get grumpy and trash the product like i almost did!
