This is a great item and so much better than an alternative one that a friend let me try.Sometimes the ring is very close to the tin so I've occasionally used a knife to lift it slightly, but I've found it helps me remove lids with ease when my arthritis had me really struggling before. It's light and comfortable to grip as well.

I have no health problems with my hands, I can lift a ring pull but I can longer pull the lid back, is it me or are the lids on tins being more tightly sealed. Regardless of reasons this simple device effortlessly and safely lifts the ring pull and pulls back the lid. Marvellous.

It is so useful. The only thing it can't handle is when the ring pull snaps off, and then a can opener is needed. Highly recommended.

It’s a well design item but not quite as useful as I had thought would be the case. Not much use on very small Tonic water cans for example

It actually works, very easy to use, the ring pull doesn't have to be lifted from the can first to put the opener under it either like some I have tried, a very nice piece of equipment and very good value
