It might just be me or a bad batch but ....
I love Itsu dumplings and I love the hoisin duck bao buns but I found there were lots of 'bouncey' bits in the duck filling, that make you spit it out, probably don't notice it in the bao buns as there's lots of dough. But in the goyza it reminds me of cheap mince.
