Everything is good. But its too sweet. Unbearabley sweet. Even after adding milk, nuts and oats, its still its too sweet

Good efficiency but not great, tastes really good
I had two boxes of these. Take one scoop in the morning first thing, then another scoop at night after workout. Since it’s isolate, it does work because of pure protein. Because of my lactose intolerance, I discontinue it after a box or two. One of the best tasting supplement with good mixability. Would recommend everyone to at least try once to check if it works for you or not. Slightly overpriced as compared to its effectiveness.

The added 10g EAA is a bonus, especially if you’re serious about muscle growth and recovery. Another thing I liked is the digestion. Thanks to the ProHydrolase enzyme tech, it feels light on the stomach—no bloating or heaviness, which is a big plus for daily use. Mixability is also good. It blends smoothly in water or milk without lumps, making it convenient for quick shakes.
