Really like these ones - have tried many but these seem to actually grip through the night and feel comfortable. I found that a lot of others felt itchy after an hour or smelled weird - but didn't have any issues with these. I noticed an immediate difference in my breathing using these, and there's just enough structure to make that improvement without feeling fatiguing. I know it isn't really mentioned, but have found that they're also great for workouts! I feel like I get more oxygen, energy. I don't use them every single night, so I've found this package lasts me closer to like two months. Overall very well made and happy I bought them

Yes, yes, and yes! Great quality, and last the entire night! The only downside is you cannot apply any product on your nose area or else it won’t stick😫. Other than that it’s super comfortable I can breathe and smell so much better. it's a great price and it fits pretty good. Very lightweight.

The adhesive is very good. It will leave a red mark on your face and hurts to take it off.

I love these! I’ve always been a mouth breather while sleeping and exercising and these have helped me breathe through my nose while doing both. The only negative is, after excessive cardio or endurance running, the sweat will cause these strips to pop off.

I literally have never left a review on amazon in the history of my life ever. But I had to right this wrong. People on here are saying these things don't stick BROTHER THEY STICK! I wore it all night, to the gym the next day for an hour-long session and THEN TEN MINUTES IN THE SAUNA!!! Yes the steamy one. Literally stuck perfectly the whole time. Guess why it worked probably? Because I read the freaking instructions and washed my nose before putting it on. If these aren't sticking then you have a greasy nose and you NEED to wash it first, I use a face-cleansing wipe. Not trying to call anyone out but... Dude if you don't follow the instructions and try to blame the company when it doesn't work, you are superfluous to the gene pool.

when these stick, they could be great. however, i use moisturizer before bed and i cannot get them to stick to my nose. definitely not a 30 day supply because ive gone through five in two days just trying to get them to stick.
