No side effects!
Big cap - almost 3/4 inch long, kinda hard to swallow too! How effective - wish I knew. Need to take it about 6 months to be able to answer this question, but I've had it for a while and it appears to be helping. Wish I could say more - oh, no side effects at this time.

Fair price and good results.
I have a PSA test every six months and have been taking this supplement for a year. Within 6_months, my PSA dropped from 7.4 to 4.5 and continues to be 4.5. I drink a glass of water before bed and I sleep all night without bathroom trips. Yes, there are plenty of good prostate supplements and I suppose that saw palmetto and lycopene are the key. But Natures Wonder is competitively priced and the softgels are easy and inoffensive compared to other capsules I have tried. Best Wishes!
