First off this item is frequently returned for a reason. It did not work at all even when I charged it for a whole day. DO NOT BUY. You are wasting your money.

I liked them until the first time it fell out of my ear and broke open. Then the second one fell.out of my ear a few days later and it too, broke open. I was lucky enough to tape it together. I'm disappointed. I couldn't use them for phone calls either. No one could understand my voice and I had to remove them.

Wok great, comfortable and a nice sound

The sound quality is very good. Not a 5 star but very good. Comes with various sizing pieces for the ear insert. The instructions are so tiny and poorly reproduced as to be unreadable and useless. They are very loud and a tiny adjustment on the phone is either on or un-hearable. It is set as low as possible on my phone without being off. The charging lasts several days. A bit hard to adjust in ear. Updating: I've had these several months now. They don't stay in the ear well when working or sweating like mowing lawn or yard work. The left git out of sync and I can't get it to adjust and I can't hear it. Difficult to adjust and falls out too easily. Instructions poor. Would be better if it had an ability to adjust using the phone like an app. Will not buy again.

One of the earpieces is no longer working. It does not recharge and now I am unable to hear with both earpieces. When I try to adjust how both earpieces fit in my ear they always disconnect. I should receive a replacement or a refund.

These have worked so great for listen to music at the gym, or just being on my phone and have the noise in my ear. I have not had to charge them yet, has a good battery.
