**Q: Boxed water may be better, but at this price, who can afford it when compared to bottle water? This is ridiculously high.**
A: Yes....the price has to come down for me to buy this again. And there is an odor on the box that I don’t like. I’m sure these issues will get better but for now, I won’t buy again.

**Q: What is the shelf life of boxed water?**
A: The shelf life of our product is two years from the production date marked on the box. We recommend drinking and replacing at the best by date to ensure a pure and fresh taste.

**Q: Is there any plastic or non biodegradable materials in this carton?**
A: Plastic impregnated cardboard is not recyclable. Also 85% of plastic products go in the landfill. Of the 15% that is recycled, 90% of that ends up in landfills. Selling snake oil called a "warm fuzzy feeling" but in all reality is probably more resource-intensive than the infamous nestle/aquafinas of the water industry.

I Love The Concept Of Boxed Water, And The Taste Was Pretty Good! It Did Have A Slight Aftertaste That I Didn't Care For, But It May Just Be Getting Use To The Boxed Material After Drinking From Plastic Bottles For My Entire Life.

### ⭐ Gross smell when drinking straight from the boxes

I did not like it at all. I'm very sensitive to taste and smell and have a very sensitive stomach. Meaning a lot of things make me gag, etc. I bought the water thinking I should be more sustainable because of how much bottled water I drink, disliking the taste of tap water. The boxed water when poured into a cup didn't taste horrible...but it did have a taste that resembled tap water. Then when my husband brought me a box and suggested to just drink it from the carton (he knew the scent would get to me), I tried...and the taste straight from the carton literally made me throw up mixed with a smell like mildew. It was much more expensive than I expected, costing as much as the volcanic water I normally drink. The other brand offers more water per bottle, and without the gross flavor. I tried it, but I think if you have sensory issues, stay away.
