Tried this olive oil yesterday for cooking and it didn't smoke on high heat and also used it as a dressing and it was delicious to the palate. I only wish it was a little lower in price. Overall, I will buy it again.

I also appreciate that it’s made from peak harvest olives and is high in polyphenols, which adds to the quality. The bottle is convenient, mess free, and easy to store. It performs well at cooking temperatures while still delivering excellent flavor. Overall, this is a high quality olive oil that’s both practical and delicious for everyday use. Highly recommended!
