Super Sexy Scent
This is the 3rd bottle of Bullingberg we've purchased (2nd of the Sovereign scent) It's reduced in price since we first found it so that's a bonus! The packaging alone must cost half the purchase price, it's ridiculously good quality.I purchased this for hubby as a replacement for the one he finished because I love the scent so much. Hubby's beard is a good 12" long and I'm responsible for blow drying it to get it looking its best. I like this oil because it's nice and light and not overly greasy, it's easily absorbed and leaves the beard hair feeling soft and manageable. The smell of the green bottle is divine. Not sure how you can define masculine but it's exactly that. I can't stop sniffing him when he's wearing it. Would absolutely recommend giving it a try. A point another reviewer made is there's nothing on the actual bottle to define which is which scent if you have more than one. Something for consideration by the developers maybe?

Good Product, Terrible Packaging
Well, the oil itself is fine, decent, pretty good. I ordered the fragrance free version so there's not much to report other than, yes, there's a little weight to it once in your beard, it's not unpleasant, it stays the right side of greasy and seems to last about as long as any other oil (i.e. about ten minutes). Being all natural ingredients is a big plus and I'm happy with the results for the money paid. That said, the packaging is, for want of a better word, obscene. I get that they're trying to sell a "premium" feel, but what I expected to be a simple cardboard tube is actually a heavyweight brick of a thing, with a fancy matt coating and a textured base. It weighs more than the product inside! It's flocked in a soft fabric finish on the inside for deity's sake. And it's bound for landfill. My beard feels nice, that I can't deny, but my soul feels a little dirty, knowing I'm complicit in sending all this raw material to sit obstinate somewhere in perpetuity. It's too much.More oil, less pointless packaging, please.

That scent... amazing!
They say first impressions last, and having only had a couple of days to try this oil, I have to say that first impressions are excellent. The scent is absolutely divine which is a huge plus considering some of the beard oils out there that may do the job, but just smell horrible. I cant really judge the long term effects of using this oil, but based on the first few days, I do notice that my beard is shinier and smoother. I'll have to do a long term review further down the line. But so far, so good! :)

Best beard oil on the market
I have had a beard for many years, so I've used a variety of different oils from different producers. In my opinion Bullingberg is the finest oil I've come across. Sometimes it can be rather expensive, so worthwhile taking up offers when they appear. The oil is of the greatest quality, it's not weak and loose so gives great coverage and after a period of use my beard feels amazingly soft. I've used a number of different blends and find Triumph my favourite, it offers a great smelling fragrance and never fails to impress.I would recommend this product to absolutely everyone that has a beard.

Manly and soft
It smells like someone dropped an orange and a lemon in a bucket of petrol and then wiped it on my face. It smells like Clint Eastwood I expect. With more than a hint of Harrison Ford. Seems to really soften my beard hairs too. I get extra cuddles from my wife when I apply this.

Extremely pleasant scent
Whilst somewhat subjective I have to say the scent of the Regal Bullingberg beard oil is wonderful. Nice tones but not too overpowering. The oil leaves your beard feeling soft and with a healthy but not greasy sheen.I have previously been using my own oil concoction- jojoba oil with some peppermint essential oil. Cheap and cheerful. This product by Bullingberg is as you would expect in a total different league in terms of smell and perceived quality of the oils.Unsurprisingly this oil costs far more than my oil "home-brew" and lies towards the more expensive end of the manufactured market . It appears the manufacturers were aiming to produce a premium product and they have.If I had one criticism it would be that I would prefer to be able to purchase the oil separate from the display case/box. Whilst it looks and feels nice, adding to the premium nature of the product, to me it is unnecessary. I have no great desire to display my beard oil- it simply lives in a wash bag with the faux leather case being discarded or given to the kids to play with. It does however suit the item to being an excellent gift.

Don't hesitate
I had been debating buying this oil for nearly a year. I had been using cheaper oils and conditioning my beard, it was still going dry and looking dull. So I went for it, what can I say other than I wish I had bought this a year ago. The packaging is impressive, the aroma is just amazing and my beard is already looking healthier after just two days of use. This oil is the dogs dangles, great product!

A decent oil, with an ok smell
Brilliant product. The packaging alone is amazing, considering the price. It's a very concentrated oil. One pump from the flask is more than enough. I'm using a boar brush to distribute the oil, and my oh my, my beard seems to sparkle after application. Now the scent. It is a full bodied scent. The top note is a mix of citrus and apple. And the mid to base has that patchouli and peppery rose. So it might smell a bit strong at first. Just give it an hour and the mid to base layer reveals a soft masculine scent. That's enough rambling from me. Bottom line, sure it might seem expensive, but having this in your arsenal really brings out the full potential of your beard. Now Bullingberg, time to release a beard wash and conditioner.
