This is a great device for those of us who have sleep apnea when we sleep on our backs. I don't think it keeps me off of my back 100% of the time, but I believe it greatly reduces the incidents. I prefer it to having a (tennis) ball on my back. It is well made and comfortable. I find the size and firmness of the cylindrical pillows to be just right. For reference, I am 5'5" and weigh 112 lbs. The only downside, as some other reviewers have noted, is that it feels warm when you're up against it, which could be bothersome in the summer. I would like the manufacturer to offer an additional casing using a cooler fabric that consumers could purchase separately.

I received this product from the US seller and really liked it. After using it a number of times, the material seemed to stretch a bit. I weigh 113 pounds so I had to have it an inch away from the narrowest or tightest position. A few times I woke up on my back. The material is soft and comfortable and the concept is brilliant. It comes in a “standard” size which is adjustable but I would need an XS, therefore I had to return it to the US. The seller’s customer service was excellent ..very accommodating and quick to respond. I was very happy with the product and their customer service! Both merit a 5/5.

Does work but so uncomfortable I only used it twice.

While the device was effective, unfortunately, the connecting strap fell off one of the pillows rendering it useless after the fourth night.

I didn’t think this was going to work but it is just enough to remind me, mid-rollover and barely conscious, to stay on my side! My oura ring says I’m breathing! (I stop breathing on my back - not good for your brain, cardiovascular health or survival in general). I would give it try! It’s cozy too! And adjustable for all body types. Make sure it sits high on your back.
