Best ever. *by R***O on 22 February 2021* I love this spatula, it's the best I've ever used and it's my go-to kitchen tool. I've tried other spatulas with plastic or wood handles and broken a few while mixing stiff batters. This spatula has a heavy duty wood handle that holds up well to aggressive mixing and scraping. The extra long handle is also ideal for added leverage and the rubber head is perfect in size and flexibility. The only slight negative is the way the manufacturer incorporated a tear resistant tag/label. It is difficult to remove, in my opinion, and when finally removed leaves a small gap between the silicone rubber head and the handle which could trap food. Luckily I was able to push (hard) down on the rubber head and close the gap.
