Beautiful, glossy, quality book of super recipes. Many of them are like updated family recipes but elegant recipes with fabulous photography. It's a pleasure to read this book and I will be trying many of the recipes. There is definitely a Scottish slant to the recipes, which is not surprising given that Anta are based in the north east of Scotland. I bought this book as a gift to be tucked inside an Anta lasagne dish. Or any lasagne dish in fact. I could not bear to give it away. It is definitely attractive enough to be a coffee table book.
