I love these electrolyte packets! The packets themselves are so small, which makes them perfect for travel since they don't take up much space. I travel internationally quite a bit, and I often visit places where I can't safely drink the tap water. That means I rely on bottled water, and for some reason I always end up drinking less than I should. These have made a huge difference in helping me stay hydrated. I also like that they contain vitamins and other nutrients, which gives me a little extra peace of mind while traveling. The flavors are surprisingly good, especially for a sugar-free drink. My favorites are Pink Lemonade, Blue Raspberry, and Watermelon. They honestly don't have that artificial sugar-free taste that a lot of similar products do. I first tried these on a trip to India, and I felt great the entire time. They really helped keep my energy up and made it much easier to stay hydrated. My only minor complaint is that they take a bit of shaking to fully dissolve, but it's really not a big deal. I've used plenty of drink mixes that are much worse. Overall, I love these and always pack them for trips. They've become a travel essential for me. Highly recommend!

I've really been enjoying this variety pack because it gives me several flavors to choose from instead of getting bored with just one. Every flavor I've tried has been refreshing without tasting overly sweet or artificial. I also love pairing these with my Plexus Microbiome sticks as part of my daily wellness routine. They mix easily into water without clumping and help me stay hydrated throughout the day. It's a great sugar-free option that actually tastes good, which can be hard to find. Ultima has become a part of my daily life in a way I never expected. I’m mid-40s and struggle with occasional sleep issues. I usually have to get up at least once during the night to use the bathroom. It’s summer as I write this review, and I’ve also noticed that water lately flows right through me, but I don’t feel hydrated. Enter Ultima. I noticed one day that when I have a water with Ultima, I’m actually using the bathroom less, because my body is able to hold onto the water I’m drinking. This translates into less bathroom breaks and less disturbed sleep! Amazing. I had a headache the other day that I couldn’t get rid of. Nothing worked until I drank water with Ultima. Not only has Ultima helped with my hydration and sleep as a side effect, it also tastes delicious. I’ve gotten my family in the habit of drinking more fluids too because the day just like the way it tastes.
