Only 2 Ethernet sockets and no socket for any external arial
I am getting good reception and speeds up to 100mbs but if you are in a poor single area no option for any external arials and if you need more than 2 Ethernet sockets you will need a external switch socket. Mine did not have the save me card or any instructions but it is easy to set up, and the instructions are available within the hubs control panel. The password for WiFi and control panel and how to access this are printed on the underneath of the router as is the sim socket which is under a small cover. The SIM is a nano sim Ian using EE as this is the best in my area but you can use any SIM Mack sure that you get a data sim as any other may throttle your speed. So far I have had no drop outs and wireless is good. The control panel gives you lots of options .

Brilliant!
Superb piece of kit! Obviously the only "hard part" was finding a decent location by the windows to site it.It connects blindingly fast and offers upto wifi 7 You need to scan the sticker inside the box for the user guide. To change passwords and setup up.Unreservedly recommended!

Returned for Refund
After reading mixed product reviews I decided to take a chance on it as I wanted to upgrade my 4 year old Oppo T1, The unit arrived in pristine condition but upon testing on different networks I found that my old Oppo T1 outperformed this router on several speed tests from 3 different providers ( Oppo being on average 4x faster ) I was very disappointed with the results and the performance from a much newer item so returned the router for a refund.

So Far So Good
Arrived in mint condition. So easy to set up. I do get 5G just, normally upstairs and LTE downstairs.Popped a 5G Smarty SIM and up and running in no time. Now to re assign all my WiFi items over.So I have hard wired the TV and Hive receiver using the two LAN ports. All my CCTV, Alexa's phones, washing machine lights are on the 2.5ghz WiFi.I've stress tested the house during peak times and Netflix fires up, Blink Cameras, phones etc all worked within my expectations. This router can punch through a busy internet house. I'm getting 4G LTE and occasionally 5G. If I move it upstairs I'm sure I'll get 5G but then would need to Power line down to the TV or use WiFi.Currently happy with the device and worth the initial outlay. My Smarty Unlimited is costing £18 a month and FTTP providers are near £28 per month locked into a contract for up to 2 years which I'm not looking for here.WiFi speed test is coming in at 40mb down which is back to ADSL era but everything is working with low latency and my kids have left home so no game consoles now.

Very good when connected.
Excellent speed when connected.1 star dropped due to it not auto connecting to the best signal. So need to manually search nearby signal traffic and connect to the best one.Another star dropped due to it not being able to connect to VPN.I have also tried 2 of these device. I first thought it disconnected but I believe it is the automatic change of channels, which takes 15-20mims without Internet. Restarting often fixes the issue. But i have that manually searching foe the best channels solves the issue.Update: just discovered it restricts access to Dynamic Frequency Selection channels. Although advertised as 40,80,160 or 320hz. It only supports the slowest channels which are 20hz. Be careful before buying it speed is a concern for you.

Good
This device is okay one, I am using EE sim unlimited speed plan and I get around 50 - 200 mbs based on time. I got few disconnect in wifi but that is okay I believe and I am testing TP link routers now. This is okay for 2 people home.
