The Yoga Cross-Stick surprised me. It’s simple, adjustable, and gently encourages better posture by opening up your shoulders and easing back tension. After just a few uses, I felt more relaxed, stood taller, and even looked more confident. Great for anyone who sits too much—like me!

Not really great for cracking your back but if you’re using it for yoga it’s honestly good. I had bought it to help crack my back but was disappointed it didn’t really work. Definitely get it if your going to use it for yoga, it’s easy to use and adjust.

The product itself in the description was good enough and clear. The challenge of course is the discipline of the mind to use this enough times throughout the week. I am still working on that. Otherwise, quite happy with the product.

Horrible, painful, flimsy… I was so excited to get this. Read through all the directions, which I followed precisely. The first problem was that the plastic connection where the rods meet digs into your back painfully. And yes, I used the correct side. Then, once the arms are looped over the rods, any slightest movement stops it from being +shaped to x or even i. In short, it’s a complete waste of money. Now I understand why it dropped from the $30 I paid to $22. Too much even at that price for what you get.

So far do excellent

I had my third baby a few months ago and have been breastfeeding. My after pregnancy and all that comes after, my posture has been suffering and my back has been hurting. Even after using it just a couple of times for a few minutes at a time, I could tell that it was helping stretch out my muscles and encourage better posture.

This product is helpful for someone working at a desk job.
