Review: Heavy duty and handled our deck teardown - This wrecking bar is the real deal. We used it to rip out our old deck and it held up beautifully — no bending, no flexing, no complaints. You can tell it’s forged as one solid piece, and the weight behind it makes the work go a lot faster than trying to pry stuff apart with a lighter bar. My one piece of feedback: the chisel end could be just a little thinner. Getting it started under deck boards sometimes took more effort than it needed to, and a slightly slimmer edge would slide in easier. Once it was in, though, the leverage was excellent and boards came up fast. Solid quality overall. This is the kind of tool you buy once and keep for years. Worth it.

**Q: What is the max weight handling?-**
A: I weigh about 200 pounds, put my weight on it the first board pry (it was stuck), it bent.  The goose's neck was cooked.  Customers service at the factory said I should try one of their gooseneck wrecking bars...

**Q: where is this made?**
A: This tool is Made in the USA

**Q: What kind of metal is this made out of?**
A: Soft as just a big low carbon rod.  The surely did something wrong on the one I had.

**Q: Think this could be used to move large rocks (not too far)?**
A: Well it’s only 36” long so it won’t give you much leverage depending on how large the rocks are. It’s also not terribly strong so again, depending on how large the rocks are it will bend fairly easily. Also the narrow design which works great for dealing with tight spaces in carpentry wouldn’t give you much lateral control. I think there are better options out there for what you want to do.

This thing opened a sentree safe I had for 25 years in less than 5 minutes that i havent been able to open for months!! Yes I had to stand on the safe and lean on the bar but whatever! This makes me wonder if their safe are all they are cracked up to be lol. I threw away the door and now use the rest of the safe as a package drop off for the mail lady lol The bar is heavy but EFFECTIVE!!
