Does tru niagen have a monopoly on nr because i keep seeing other products like this that claim to have it. how is that possible if patented??

It happens because there is no enforcement of online sellers to sell what's on the label of a product. It is technically illegal for these other companies to do this and most of them aren't actually putting the ingredients in the capsules according to what's on the label. It's all a big scam unless it's from a company that is vetted and can use the patented trademark name of niagen. I only know if one third party seller that has niagen in it and on the label, it has the trademark. This is why you must use companies that are vetted for their reputation and quality. There are many fake supplement companies selling fake supplements

Why is the amount of nicotinamide riboside listed so much higher than other products?

Because the manufacture does not list all the substances separately. This creates confusion as to the actual amounts of product is in each pill. Ive tried to ascertain the actual amount of NR that is included, without success.
