Is this authentic? A lot of reviewa say its not the labled brand probably a cheap Chinese knock off thats probably poison

The peppermint Taurani that I received tastes good and looks exactly like a vanilla one that I purchased in the store. On the back it says made in USA and certified by the same company and address as the store-bought one so it seems authentic. My only problem was it didn’t have a poor spout like shown in the picture, it was just a regular twist cap.

Once opened how long do they stay good for?

Torani(manufacture) recommends that you use within 3-4 weeks of opening product and then the quality begins to decline.
