I got this SILK Tri Color Co-Extrusion filament a while back and have been using it for some projects. It's really interesting to work with - the colors blend together so well, creating a unique effect that kids seem to love (they always ask me about it). The bronze, purple, and green mix is pretty wild, though I did find myself getting confused sometimes trying to figure out how to orient the filament for specific color combos. Still, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.I've printed a bunch of different objects with this stuff - from vases to figurines. The surface finish is nice and smooth, which is always a plus. It prints without any issues on my printer, no jams or tangles (unlike some other filaments I've tried). This filament also has pretty good adhesion, so it sticks well to the bed and doesn't curl up during printing. One time, while working on a print, I heard someone mention that they had seen a similar filament being used in a science fiction movie once - kind of cool, right? Overall, this is a great filament for anyone looking to add some flair to their prints. It's easy to use and produces fantastic results. Just be prepared to spend some time figuring out the color blending aspect.

I purchased this to be able to dry 2 rolls of filament for my 3D printers. This is especially important for the PETG that I use as well as the PLA, I do not use ABS. As stated in the "About this Item" information on the Amazon site, it cycles back and forth between the Temp/Humidity and drying time. The first time that I turned this on I was quite concerned because I could smell the electrical smell. I turned it off and checked it out to make certain it was ok. I think that it was just getting rid of that "new" smell.I turned it on again and programmed it for 6 hours of drying time. The "Work" was showing on the unit, but it shut off after 6 minutes. So I tried it again, and it seems to be working ok now.There is just a simple small piece of paper for the instructions. Most filament dryers are fairly intuitive and this is one pretty ease to understand as well.You are able to use the filament direct from the dryer to your 3D printer, but I don't do that. The unit is lightweight coming in a 3.65 lbs. I had nice sized footprint 9.69x 6.89 x 9.53". I have the white model and I feel it looks nice.I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I hadn't thought of placing the desiccants into the dryer with the filament. I like that idea as well. When the time is completed, it emits a loud beep telling you it is done. That is a nice feature as well. It is extremely quiet and I don't even notice it is on.

This is a great purchase for the price. I have been using it a couple of weeks now and it is pretty decent for the price. First, it is large enough for two regular rolls of filament of 1 kg each, side by side. Thats awesome, because I usually switch pretty quickly once I'm done with a project and I would like the other roll already warmed up and dried out before printing. The interface is also super easy to use and the sensor seems to work just fine. It also has a small fan for active circulation of heated air to speed up the dehydration process and mix the air. Now the minus points. First, it says that when it gets to 50% humidity it automatically turns on and begins dehydrating. I have yet to see that. Secondly, I have yet to find an option where I can just leave it running perpetually. I actually use the filaments pretty much constantly and I hate having to remember that I have to turn the dehumidifier back on only after I have made a plate full of prints that all now have pimples or fail completely because of humidity. Other companies have an option where if you keep pressing down it switches to an always on option, and that is best for me. But this unit doesn't have it. That said, it was good for the price.

I've purchased the Sovol dual-color rose red and blue coextrusion filament multiple times, and it never disappoints.The quality is consistently excellent. No clogs, tangles, or inconsistencies. It prints smoothly, and the results look absolutely stunning with the silky finish and beautiful color transitions. I'm in love with this filament and several others from Sovol's dual and tri-color silk lineup.I've attached a photo of a wild vase mode fractal printed with this filament. (Model by @endlessdesignlab on MakerWorld.) The way the colors shift across the curves, hard edges, and facets is mesmerizing in person.Highly recommend this filament for geometric art and fractal-style models! The dual-color effect really compliments sharp edges, and makes complex designs pop even more.I truly appreciate SOVOL for making such high quality filament. 🤝

Beautiful filament! It arrived well packaged, and straight from the box it printed great. Zero stringing or other moisture issues. I love the subtle transitions from one color to the next, it’s not as abrupt as other brands that I’ve used in the past which leads to a really beautiful finished print.This filament was printed at 230c with a 65c bed at 12mm/s flow rate (max), and I’m very impressed with the results. Will be buying again!

This filament is beautiful and worked flawlessly. I love how it turned out for my prints. I love their colors and the value for the price you pay is fantastic. I’ve never experienced the other issues people have complained about.The spool however - and this has been true of ALL Sovol spools I’ve purchased - is total crap. They glue them together completely crooked (some as much as 1/4” off) and that leads to feeding issues as the filament is being pulled from the spool. If you use an AMS system as I do - FORGET ABOUT IT!If you don’t have a respooler, or aren’t running these on a standard gravity/pull feed, you’re in for a lot of headaches.Great filament - crap spools.

This filament dryer works well. I've added two bowden tubes and connectors to the top of this and to my BambuLab A1 mini printer. It works well and my 3D prints come out looking good.
