Got here faster than expected, in two separate deliveries. Easy enough to build if you follow the steps accordingly. Sturdy and beautiful once you’re done

After initial fireplace made a knocking noise- they shipped a new one instead and it works FANTASTIC. I absolutely LOVE this. The mantle is sturdy yet not too heavy. The led lights had to be replaced due to the cord base driven but the seller sent the replacement and I am over the moon with happiness now. My coworkers are very impressed too. Major purchases but it’s GORGEOUS and helps heat my living room really really well. Thank you so much!!!!

I purchased this to take the chill off in my bedroom that doesn’t seem to get heat even evenly distributed in the winter. I’ve assembled a lot of furniture. This took me about an hour and a half by myself and was pretty straightforward. There was one step where they should’ve mentioned that you need to flip the unit over so that 1 is on top and 2 is on the bottom before attaching panels 8, 9, and 10, but otherwise I didn’t find the instructions to be confusing. I think a bedroom or office is a good option considering the size of the fireplace. It’s shorter than the electric fireplace I have in my living room. I wasn’t aware that the LED lights and heating unit would require separate outlet plugs. The unit puts off a good amount of heat and is easy to use. The flame isn’t very realistic, but I’m okay with that. I would buy it again based on ease of assembly and initial use. The mantle is delivered separate of the heating unit. The heating unit box was about 25 pounds, and the mantle was about 66.

This fireplace / electric piece is a really great piece of furniture - we love how it looks in our newly remodeled living room - it’s very sturdy and a beautiful piece

Taking off three stars for the following defects: * The cartoonish appearance of the fire. * Damaged piece (see photo). * Incorrect instructions which showed two critical parts in an impossible orientation. * Bold print warning: "NEVER place a TV on this product" despite it being advertised for exactly that purpose. This took me three evenings to put together, and I had to use a furniture touch-up paint stick to cover the damaged area and fill gaps. The result is marginally acceptable. I'll probably give it away and buy something better when my current lease expires.

This was my first fireplace. The instructions were very easy and I put it together by myself. I love it.

It’s good and large but I wish it shipped better, it’s a little damaged on the edges

It heats, looks real, has beautiful colors. Very happy
