A: The camera supports connection with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or network cable. Please turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi when you connect the camera with the Wi-Fi.

A: False alarms are related to the brightness of the environment and weather conditions. You can adjust the detection sensitivity in EZVIZ APP.

**Q: Why can't I connect the camera to Alexa?**
A: Open the EZVIZ app and go to "Device Settings - Image Encryption", then disable "Image Encryption". Because Alexa cannot read an encrypted video stream.

**Q: Do I need to subscribe to the cloud service?**
A: No. Cloud storage is optional. You can also use local storage (MicroSD card slot, maximum 512 GB) and view the recording through EZVIZ App.
