Is this import from Jamaica? Like made in Jamaica?

I could not say for sure that it is actually manufactured in Jamaica BUT I am married to a Jamaican and have become a Jerk master cook since I fell in love with Jamaican food over 30 years ago. This is as authentic as it gets when it comes to Jerk marinade. There are so many different recipes of Jerk marinade. Try as many of them as possible to find out which one YOU like best. This brand is well known in Jamaica and internationally and replicates the flavour of Jerk in any recipe. Enjoy

Can you freeze this marinade?

I will say you can.. but if you try to defrost all at once. It will not last. Just like you freeze fruits and vegetables it will start to rot. Walkerwood is made up of vegetables. I dont freeze because if that. Placing in fridge the Walkerwoods gets better over time and holds better.

Can I keep it out instead of putting in the Refrigerator

no, refrigerate or freeze it. I broke it down in small bags and froze it...

Can i freeze the jerk seasoning ?

I’m positive you can lol. I keep mine refrigerated and it’s fine after months. You should be gtg freezing
