When will I feel the effects?

Some are immediate, others long term. You should feel relaxation benefits within a few hours after taking this natural Magnesium powder supplement.* Supporting your brain health is a longer game, and the sooner you start the better.

How much Magnesi-Om should I take?

Start with 1 serving and check your other supplements to avoid exceeding the daily limits (310mg for women, 400mg for men). Feeling discomfort? You may be taking too much! If you have an inflammatory bowel condition, avoid Magnesium Citrate products.

What does it taste like and what makes it pink?

Our calming Magnesium powder tastes like mixed berries. Made from 100% natural and organic ingredients. The pink color is from beet powder.

What are the actives in Magnesi-Om?

3 bioavailable forms of Magnesium: Gluconate, Acetyl Taurinate, and Citrate for relaxation, sleep, brain health, and regularity.* Plus L-theanine, a nootropic amino acid that promotes alpha-wave activity and healthy cognitive aging.*

Why isn't my Magnesi-Om Jar filled to the top?

Your Magnesi-Om Jar will have 30 servings. Please note that because of the ingredient variety and density, our Cellular Waters have a unique volume which affects the fill line.

Disappointing flavor

Zero lemon flavor. How do you mess that up in a magnesium citrate? Most are hard to get the citrus flavor out of and this is totally lacking.

Heart burn on last purchase

I wish they could make one with Glycinate. My last bottle woke me up with a very bad heart burn. I wonder if they changed the formula.
