Great value for money and very easy to set up and connect. Using for social media posts and videos and working really well for this purpose.

Very impressed with the range the microphones work over and the quality of the sound picked up.I found the carry case really useful and is a relatively smart charging solution too.Only thing worth noting that if you are like me and have a beard, please ensure you place the microphone out of reach of your beard as the scratching of the beard against the microphone does interrupt the sound... but I imagine this would be the case for all microphones not just this model!Can't go wrong with these!

The sound of these first off (it is a mic after all) is decent. It is better than using a phone but not like more expensive lavalier microphones. It is easy to use as it comes with a charging case and you simply plug in the receiver, pair and go.A star is docked as the connection wasn't the most stable at times.

The media could not be loaded. Handy little bit of kit, I have no complaints so far! Much better than my phone audio. Easy to operate and understand how to use. Plug and play! Noise reduction is great and I'll probably always use it with the NR on. See video :) Came quickly too. Will see how it handles outdoor settings but mainly bought to up my voice recording audio for getting back into my YouTube channel, nothing too In-depth or overly expensive needed at this stage as I mainly talk to a camera or record voice-overs for my art timelapse videos. No more need to record voice-overs using my iPad 😂

This works really well with my Hohem M7 gimbal. Without an external Mike, the phones own mic picks up the (slight but annoying) noise from the three gimbal motors. Using an external mic (this set comes with TWO lavalier mics) fixes that problem.

Definitely a good buy

I’ve been using this wireless mic set for a bit now, and it does a really good job where it counts. The sound quality is crisp, it picks up voices clearly, and the noise cancellation actually works—not perfect, but it cuts out a lot of background noise. Setup is stupidly easy. Just plug the receiver into your phone and go, no messing around with apps or settings.What I don’t love is the charging case. It’s bulkier than I expected, and weirdly, you can only store one receiver in it at a time. If you swap between USB-C and Lightning, you have to carry the other receiver separately, which feels like a design flaw. The case is useful for charging on the go, but I wish they’d thought that part through better.Still, for the price, this is a solid mic set. Great for vlogging, recording, or live streaming, but if you’re planning to switch between devices a lot, be prepared to keep track of that extra receiver.

I really like the fact that this Boya BY-V30 lavalier microphone set comes in a rechargeable box so you can charge both microphones at the same time, although I think the receiver is either charged separately using the enclosed cable or takes its power from the unit into which it's plugged – that wasn't made clear in the very basic instructions.The box also comes with a protective bag and its charge is shown with lights on the side. Microphone recharging is seen when the box is open with red or blue lights.I ordered the set to use with my iPad and MacBook for podcasting and dictating and also wanting a better microphone for Zoom and other online meetings. I'm really pleased with them. I made recordings with and without each microphone, distanced from the iPad and with noise cancelling on and off and highly recommend them – with the noise cancelling switched on via the little button on the side of each microphone.They definitely work better than my iPad's own microphone using the app I use for voice recordings and there is a slight hiss without noise cancelling but it clears up and there's perfect clarity with noise cancelling on.Verdict: 5*, I'll be using these for all future recordings, Zooms and interviews
