THE Board Governance Handbook
I contributed to the first two editions. They were both excellent and comprehensive. These are books that will be used by academics and practitioners alike. The authors are all top experts in their fields, and the editor, Richard Leblanc, is the linchpin who brought everyone together. He contributed several chapters, and his contribution runs throughout. "Third Stage Corporate Governance" by Jon Lukomnik and James P. Hawley, and "ESG's Growing Pains" by Nell Minow are among the best of many excellent chapters. Each edition gets better, and this one is no exception. I'm sure it will be a bestseller in the field of corporate governance. Paul Samuelson's classic economics textbook went on for at least 19 editions, and Dr. Leblanc is just getting started.

A must have handbook for directors on board governance
Excellent handbook on board governance. Quite a leap over the first two editions, which when published were very good. What is not covered you probably donโt need to know at this time. Great job Richard!!
