I didn't think it would work but i took two tablespoons in water when i felt an attack coming on it pretty much eased the tightness and stopped the attack from happening I have been taking this daily now and it has helped so much with my gallbladder pain and also has stopped the acid reflux i was suffering from. This brand also doesn't taste as foul as orhers i have tried and it is a really good price.
