Great way to get protein in without killing calories
I love this for helping get to my daily protein goals without affecting my calories or carbs. The flavors can be a bit concentrated but they’re delicious so I can drink them straight or dilute with water. They’re a bit expensive but comparable to a meal so I rationalize like it’s a meal replacement. Ingredients are great only thing that would make it perfect for me is if it were plant protein

Tasts great and I get more protein in daily
I buy these for added protein for me, my mom and my mother in law. Besides the additional protein it helps them stay hydrated.

Delicious way to add protein to your diet.
Taste really good. Excellent way to get my protein in. Fit my Ow carb diet. I wish they had these when I was body building back K in the day. Perfect supplement if you are trying to add protein to your diet. I have them on auto order. Love them. You will not be disappointed.

They're 0 for 2
I almost never give one star reviews. And I wish I didn't have to. But while this is a valiant effort by Isopure, they need to rethink their preservation methods. Or they have to treat it as the milk product that it is and keep it as a refrigerated only product. I tried two flavors. First the Strawberry Banana. Who can mess up such a simple flavor, right? Well spoilage can. It tasted almost exactly like apple cider vinegar. Next I tried Raspberry. It smelled suspicious when I opened it. It hissed too. You know when you crack open a bottle and there's a hiss? Well IMO, it had better be carbonated if it does that. It's not. It had gone bad. But I didn't know what to expect so I sniffed. It smelled garbagy. There's no other word for it. Like if you forget to take out the trash for two days. But very quickly the smell went away and I was like, did I imagine it? I poured some out. No smell at all. Sipped a bit. No flavor, kinda flat flavor. Maybe a little chemically. But NOT TART! And that's important because I didn't realize it at the time. So I drank some of it. And my stomach started burping. And I was like oh no. That's when the "not tart" finally came to mind. Too late. These drinks, the "clear whey" drinks are supposed to be "acidified" and then stabilized. But obviously Isopure needs to go back to the drawing board. I'm all for the idea. But really not great execution of the idea. I'm telling you straight up, if you get one and it seems to have a flat flavor and isn't tart, don't drink it. I felt nauseous and had chills all the next day. By comparison, the "apple cider vinegar" one I drank half of (again because I wasn't sure if it was supposed to taste like that), well at least that one didn't make me sick. So it seems they can go bad one of two ways. One seems safer for me than the other. But I'm not going to try a third time. Not until I see a nice new label that says "Improved Formula." And let this one star serve as constructive encouragement, not a tearing down criticism. Just make it better, stabilize it. Nobody needs to play roulette with protein drinks. People who go for this are either into health, or they have bad health. Neither group needs a stomach ache.

hydration and protein - what more could you want
These are a good way to get your hydration and protein when you do not have time to eat or do not eat good stuff for that day and don't drink enough water. I work in an office 10 hrs a day and sometimes it is difficult to drink enough water when you are so focused on what you are doing. These help achieve the hydration replacement and the plus of having protein in it is a huge plus.
