Q: my fitter has fitted the unit & flu but it is leaking carbon dioxide is there another flu I can get as he thinks this one may not be correct.

Hi, these flue pipes work with natural draft. this means if the smoke is leaking from the pipe or the heater, there is not enough draft. I would recommend to make he pipe as long as possible.

Q: What is the maximum flue length, vertical and horizontal? And can you buy flue extensions?
