Easy to instal

Me encantó buen material . Yo tengo mi lavadora y secadora en el porche de mi casa y mi esposo me hizo este cuarto y para ahí ocupamos la puerta.

We had a double door opening to our office that we wanted to have the ability to close off if people came to the house, or to allow it to be used as a bedroom if they were staying. This was an easier solution for us than trying to find large French doors and then hauling them home and trying to get them hung. I love that these fold almost entirely back still giving us a nice and open feel to the room. This accordion door arrived basically all put together, so there were no complicated directions or 1000 plastic pieces to figure out how to put together. there was almost no installation needed except a top strip with pre-drilled holes you just screw to the top of the door frame and 8 plastic side clips you screw into the sides with the same super long included screws.. Note, the side clips are wrapped inside the handles and the instruction photos did not do a great job showing you which ones they were, or how to really install them. You just screw the flat side to the wall, eyeball them under the top runner and then clip the sides in to them. Alas, this would have been a much easier installation if the instructions had given any insight into what to do if the door is too big for your space. The plastic is very unforgiving and ours was just a hair too tight at the top and too tight on the height. We were able to cut it to size on the bottom with a box knife, but we did so after first trying to persuade it to go in with a hammer and causing both a little floor damage and a little damage to the accordion shade. Make sure the top runner fits easily into your door frame, or cut it right away to fit. If the height is too tall for your space, it's a more difficult matter and you might be able to cheat it just under 1/2 an inch, but I wouldn't advise using these if your space is a lot smaller. Once we got it a little better sized, the sides snapped in and it works almost perfectly! It comes together with magnetic click and we didn't even need to install the included latch, as the doors easily stay shut. The whole thing is almost entirely plastic and the door handles have plastic dowels that you have to click in on both sides to stay together. The handles look/feel a bit cheap, but the overall look when the doors are open or closed is actually pretty nice.... I think this would not be a good door to use in a child's room, or anywhere that is hight traffic or if someone might be extra rough on it, no way it's going to stay together as the folded plastic seem to be plastic seams that can easily come apart. Also, they include a little tube of lubricant for the top runner, but ours was completely dry so not sure what to find that can replace that? Overall, for us, these doors were a great solution and works great for our space.

Broken in shipping. Box was un damaged. Yes, that's how thin a brittle the plastic this is made from. Probably recycled plastic since it is so breakable. Horrible instructions to install. EXTREMELY cheaply designed.
