These are some of my favorite electrolytes. As someone diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia (aka POTS) I need salt and electrolytes daily. These provide that in amazing flavors. My favorite personally is the strawberry lemonade. It tastes just like freshly squeezed lemons. These packets really do work! I notice that I get less light headed when I use them. They’re also perfect because the strawberry lemonade flavor doesn’t have caffeine (iykyk pots you can’t have caffeine). They dissolve pretty easily and fast in water.

Delicious, and hydrates well, but not sure if entirely worth the price considering the depth of the market for this item.

Great electrolyte product to add to water bottles for exercise and extra nutrients needed to stay hydrated and balanced--I personally get exhausted easily and in the past during pregnancies had minor episodes of anemia which caused me to need extra nutrients to keep my normal muscle and daily activities.
