Product Description Our most technical cross training shoe. Heavy lifting, functional fitness, cardio - the F-LITE MAX does it all. A high performance gym shoe designed to handle whatever your workout throws at you. For weightlifting the F-LITE MAX features a rigid TPU heel stabiliser, with the wide fit of the shoes giving your toes room to splay and form a solid base for movements such as squats and deadlifts. The shoe's MET-CRADLE wraps around your midfoot to form a protective, stabilising support when lifting heavy or performing high intensity movements such as jumps. Under your feet, our renowned and dependable rubber grip allows you to plant your feet with confidence, while our POWERFLOW MAX midsole foam gives you the perfect balance of cushioning and rigidity. Despite all of the technical features, you'll feel agile and powerful in these shoes when performing any type of exercise. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole combines with the F-LITE's BOOMERANG FOOTBED to provide energy return and bounce when performing high intensity cardio or plyometric exercises. A single piece of engineered air mesh makes the shoes highly breathable so you can workout in comfort. Take your workout to the max with the F-LITE MAX. A serious shoe for the serious gym goer or cross training athlete. Grip You Can Trust Our renowned INOV8 RUBBER - perfected over the last 20 years - allows you to plant your feet with confidence. 2.5mm of outsole rubber includes small lugs and metatarsal flex grooves, all of which optimise grip specific for the gym floor. More Energy Return POWERFLOW MAX foam cushioning combines with the BOOMERANG footbed to give more underfoot energy for high-intensity exercises and keep feet feeling fresh during longer workouts. Added Reinforcements Increased protection, support and lockdown comes from the MET-CRADLE wrapping the midfoot and the hardened ROPE-TEC rubber shielding the arches from friction burns during rope climbs. F-Lite Max Specifications Review: Runs half size small- excellent shoe - Love these shoes. Third pair of this model. This particular model runs a bit small. Go up one size to increase life of the box. Review: Support where it is needed - These are great shoes for workouts and CrossFit. I really like the heal lock/heal support, I have a lot running injuries and these do a great job with heavy lifts. The only complaint is the sizing, as it's a wider toebox, but in a narrow length size. I wear a 10 in Altra's, bought 2 pairs of these 10 & 10.5, ended up returning both, had to buy the 11's somewhere else. Definitely great shoes and glad I found the right size.

Great shoe that won't fit most people
These would be a 5 star training shoe if not for the odd fit and sizing. They are put together well and provide a very nice balance of stability, flexibility, and grip in just the right places. This shoe is basically everything you want in a true cross trainer that's biased toward weight lifting, rope work, and short runs. Now the fit/sizing - they are called "wide" shoes, but they are not wide throughout. Only the forefoot is wide for that "barefoot" feel. The heel is actually quite narrow. The shoe has a very structured heel and midfoot that's great for lifting and an unstructured forefoot for natural toe splay. If you like the sounds of that then these *might* work for you. The other thing to know about these shoes is that the front of the toe box almost looks as if it has been chopped off and flattened out (pictured). This is unfortunate because it will force most people to go up a half size even though the rest of the shoe seems to fit true to size. Unfortunately, going up in size means you are left with a sloppier fit. Because of this I did not size up and assumed they would stretch some with use. That didn't happen and now that it's too late to return them I am using a shoe stretcher to give me extra length. In hindsight, I would have been better off going with a more conventionally shaped shoe like a Nano, Metcon, or GoRuck. Especially since these cost the same. TLDR: If you have short toes, a narrow heel, and a wide forefoot these might be perfect for you. This could also be a good shoe if you're willing to do a little modification. Personally, I'd wait for a sale below $100 before taking a chance on these.

Good fit and styling.
Great fit (true to size). Good stability in the heal with nice wide toe box. Have only worn 3 times at the gym but so far so good.

Part of sole ripped off, taking chunk of left shoe with it while working out.
Complete waste of money, outer sole came off and ripped a chunk of the cheap rubber from the shoe base less than 60 days after buying the shoes. One month too late to return. Shoddy garbage…another guy at my CrossFit gym had the same issue. I should have returned mine when he told me. If you have these shoes now and can return them, I suggest you do that.
