Other bubble stones that I have used, particularly the ones that come in various lengths from around 6 inches to 10 inches really easily. So flimsy that a large order I placed a couple of years ago they were literally all broken upon arrival. These cylindrical units are heavy enough to sit on the bottom and not float up, but they also are sturdy so and do not break

Waste of money
This set is garbage, no air goes through the stone. It let's out very little bubbles at the end where the hose goes and that's it

Using in koi pond
All came packaged nicely w no issues. Soaked for about half an hr before tossing them in the pond. Nice weight to them also. Perfect bubblers/aerators set 4’ deep with instant action. Highly recommend! Using these air stones with a 32w air pump with about 100’ airline.

Bought for a hydroponics grow.
Love these bought them to go into my custom built undercurrent hydro setup. These have worked great all thru the grow cycle with no issues. Will be buying more.
