Defective product- melted chocolate
The chocolate should be small callets but instead a bif part of it is a whole chocolate. I did not open the package but it is like a hard square stone inside. I think it melted and got this shape. I want to return it as it is damaged.

Enfin, un très bon chocolat pour faire mes chocolats maison. Je suis plus que satisfaite. C'est une très bonne qualité de chocolat noir, mais à 54 % il n'est pas amer du tout. Je suis ravi de mon achat et je le recommande.
