I'm addicted to the SmashBurger's garlic parm black truffle sauce. I decided to find a recipe so I could make the sauce (mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper and this oil). DELICIOUS! I've started adding some of this oil in other recipes and it adds great flavor and depth. I'm not an oil pro or a chef but speaking as a mom that loves to try new recipes, this oil is a game changer!
