The JumpSport mini trampolines are excellent. They come almost completely assembled (Unlike other brands). All you have do to do is screw in the legs using the hex key provided. It should take no more than five minutes to get this baby ready. The arched legs make this extremely sturdy. And they also allow it to stand on its side. This is great both for storage and to use the Trampoline for Barre. There are many zoom classes available as well as on demand classes you can subscribe to thru Jumpsport. Also ,lots of free YouTube classes. The 350, vs 370 are a preference with the 370 having a slightly larger platform because of the petals. Take your time building up. I found I could only do about 5 minutes the first time as amazingly this is great cardio. Most of basic moves are just like things you can do on the floor but without the negative impact on the joints. It's possible to get an outstanding workout in a small amount of space which is why its a perfect option during the pandemic. I am amazed at how many different ways I can use my Trampoline and if your buy a 300 series one you are getting a product of studio quality and durability.

Purchased this unit to handle my extra weight (240#). I find the unit is quiet when working out. Built with strong metals so it feels sturdy while in use, but I have moved it a couple of times with ease as it is not heavy, a little awkward with the handle up. The vendor struggled with their shipping on the two separate packages over the holidays, but when requested they immediately sought to remedy up a solution.

Very solid and quiet! Extremely easy to assemble. Excellent for lightly bouncing to clear lymph nodes and for aggressive workout. Light-weight but super-solid. This will last a lifetime.

Love my Jumpsport… easy to put legs on … very sturdy! Definitely easy on the joints. I got the quick release bar and love that bc it can be removed and attached so easy where I can move it from room to room with no problem!!

Very bouncy and easy to jump on. It will be fun to exercise on since it’s easy on my joints.

I am coming off of several months of PT for my knees. Recently, I was given medical clearance to resume workouts again, besides my at-home PT exercises. Wanting to get back into cardio, besides walking, my mind immediately went to mini trampolines. I had an $80 spring rebounder than I purchased years ago that I had been underwhelmed by and hardly used. I decided to upgrade to JumpSport 370 a few days ago because I had heard good things about their fitness trampolines. Wow! What a difference. The jump is easier on my knees, the jump quality is better, and more muscles are firing to stabilize. May buy a second one for the kids.

This model came highly reccommended to me and I've never regretting the purchase. For the 10 min morning wake up to your body metabolism. It really works, I've noticed results in just 1 month!!! I tried to buy it from the JumpSport website directly but it would have cost a few hundred dollars to ship to my location in northern Canada. THANK YOU AMAZON!!!!

Gelenkschonend, da es mit einem hochwertigen Gummizug und nicht mit Stahlfedern funktioniert - was den hohen Preis m. M. nach rechtfertigt und hoffentlich ist das Trampolin auch langlebig. Die Beine können zwar nicht, wie bei manchen Bellicon-Ausführungen eingeklappt werden, aber so wird eher auf dem Trampolin gesprungen und es gelegentlich zwischendurch genutzt, als wenn man es wegpacken würde. Zudem scheint es sehr stabil und äußerst hochwertig verarbeitet zu sein. Gründe für das JumpSport Swing waren, dass man nicht noch extra Kosten hat, indem man unterschiedliche Seilsstärken nachkaufen und mühselig aufspannen muss. Die Verstellung des Härtegrades der einzelnen Gummiseile erfolgt schnell und einfach. Schneller Versand - Paket war aber schwerer und größer als erwartet, jedoch ist der Durchmesser genau passend und dürfte nicht geringer sein. Rundum glücklich und zufrieden!

This is one of the best trampolines out there. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s really sturdy and great quality. At first, I wasn’t sure if I should go for a cheaper one, but after watching a lot of YouTube reviews, I decided on this and I’m so glad I did. You can adjust the bungees to three different settings: firm, medium, or soft, which is great for different types of bounces. (Big plus point is that it comes already assembled with the bungees attached). Plus, in a few years, you can easily replace the bungees and the bounce section, so it’s built to last. I also liked the shape of the legs which makes it very sturdy while bouncing and does not move around at all. What I really like is how quiet it is and how smooth the bounce feels. My fitness levels are also improving 😉. All in all, it’s been a great buy and I’d definitely recommend it!

It is a wonderful alternative to a treadmill!
