Frame My TV Deco s Alloy Scoop - Pale Gold Bezel Compatible ONLY with Samsung The (50", Fits 2021-2022 )

Arrived with a scratch that I was willing to overlook however it blocks the tv sensor for the remote. They say to pair it again with the tv but no that’s not the answer because even Bluetooth needs it unless you get a full Bluetooth remote which is not what comes with the frame tv. Expensive and can’t actually use it. Setting up the return now.

I have 2 minor issues that can hopefully be fixed by their customer service (one hook not working and a corner not lining up). Besides that I’m so happy. I think it’s so pretty! The Samsung bezel is cheap plastic and this feels and looks way more substantial and I love that it’s metal. I struggled with the instructions a bit but there was a video which was very easy to follow.

Well, it looks great. The price was ridiculous, however, not only was the price expensive and it gave the look I wanted, but now for some reason the picture/art is not staying up ever since we added the frame???? I have tried everything What’s the figure this out why but nothing fixes this issue??? Anyone else having this issue?

This frame was easy to put together and install. It looks really beautiful! However after I installed it my artwork would not stay on for more than a minute (which for me is the whole point of having a gram TV). After some troubleshooting I found out you have to turn off “night mode” in the art menus setting for your artwork to be continuously displayed. I think the frame darkens the sensor or something so it thinks it’s time to shut off for the night.Other than that I love it!

This frame is beautiful and matches our decor perfectly! I love the soft gold color! Easy to install. Much nicer than the standard ones the manufacturer sells.
