Does anyone have a picture of how the plastic pieces should look on a 2020 frame? Mine won’t do anything but rest on my tv it’s super frustrating

I just bought my frame tv - but how do i know if it's the 2020 frame or 2021? can i tell from the model number?

Hello, the easiest indicators for which model Frame TV you have is by model number or remote color. The 2020 and earlier models contain the code "LS03T" in their model number and will have a white remote. The 2021 models contain the code "LS03A" in their model number and will have a black remote. -Kyle
