I've only made one doggie so far, and while I'm quite crafty I've never done pipe cleaner animals. The instructions are probably as easy as you could get because it's kinda hard to describe what they want you to do. If you work better with videos, they have those for you.Everyone spots and comments on the one doggie I made, they love him! He's so cute!The packaging is well thought out. Not only do they have it organised so it'll be ready to be gifted, you can easily store everything in the box while you're still making them.I thought this was a great project, fun, challenging, rewarding, and cute! I appreciate the instructions and the videos, and there's ample accessories. And I didn't expect how popular the finished animals would be, so they absolutely will make great gifts when they're all done.

This is an excellent kit! The materials are well made. The instructions in the booklet are very well done. There is even a link to video tutorials that you can access online. And the pipe cleaners are a joy to handle and work with! They are so soft! If you have a child who delights in the feel of the materials he or she is working with this will bring extra joy. And can one's imagination ever take off. Not only does it include the tools you need to fashion the pipe cleaner pets, but there is also a bag with a variety of accessories. It comes with Pet ID cards! ;0) There are a lot of cheesy craft sets out there. Thankfully that is not true for this one. This is a well put together kit that is sure to bring delight.

I did this with the 14 year old and we both struggled. The instructions seemed clear, but it didn’t make sense. Watching the videos helped, but they go fast and skip things in some of them. The cat face they say to have one loop bigger than the other but don’t show you how to do it. They walk you through cutting the fur but it just didn’t look right on mine. Maybe I’m just terrible at crafts lol.I made one but the legs were uneven and I didn’t have enough length left. The second one, I had too much length and the ears were uneven.The idea is cute and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this, but unless you are a craft bunny you will struggle with it.

I was looking for a craft kit for my great-niece. She likes animals and crafts, and I thought these were cute. I was a little skeptical if they would turn out as well as the pictures though. I watched the video that is in the product listing, and I was quite impressed. The instructions are step-by-step, easy to follow, and I am reasonably confident that a 10-12 year old can reproduce the desired results with the materials given. If that turns out not to be the case, I will update this review to reflect that. As this is planned for a Christmas gift, it will be a bit before she has a chance to actually try it out.

This kit has everything you need to make six adorable little critters. My advice is to read through the directions before starting and take your time for the best result. It seems like it should be easy, but like any new skill, you will need to learn through doing. The dogs and cats are rated at three difficulty levels, according to how complex their assembly is. Tiny props are included, and really silly profiles for each character, that tell you what their profession and hobbies are.I think these are really cute and fun to make. This is exactly the sort of toy that would have occupied me for hours when I was around age 9-12.

Okay some of them came out looking so special you could only laugh, but it was fun to do. Each of the kids got to make their own pet their way. They loved it. Hours of fun. I always searched for pipe cleaner kit that was as thick as these. They are harder to find. I absolutely recommend this kit.
