I believe so. Have not had any breakouts. Love it!

Is the mineral SheerScreen water resistant?

I don't swim, so I'm not certain. BUT, I know it takes a double face wash to get clean when I use it, so I think it's water resistant. This product is just what I wanted. Easy and quick to apply as the formula is moist and not waxy. And it's a mineral sun formula, so easier on sensitive skin.
