Anthonys Erythritol Granules,1.1kg (2.5lb), Non GMO, Natural Sweetener, Keto & Paleo Friendly

I’ve bought Erythritol from numerous sources over the last few years and can’t find any difference in terms of sweetness, texture, or taste. Hence, all of those being equally 5 star good, my focus goes elsewhere. I haven’t been able to find out where this product originates from and the packaging is not recyclable, at least not in the UK. At the time I bought this it was best value for the amount I bought, however, sourcing is likely to play a rule in my purchasing decisions going forward. To be fair, I found only one Erythritol product where sourcing was clear and (for me) acceptable and the packaging recyclable and, hence, I might just revert to that even though it’ll be more expensive.

This is an amazing replacement of sugar. To bad is so rare to find.

I don’t know if this is true of Erythritol in general, but it’s not very sweet and I had to use far more of it to make my drink taste sweet. More than double the amount recommended.This is the first brand of the sweetener that I’ve tried, so I’ve nothing to compare it with.I chose it because it was not as expensive as other brands and that it came in a resealable pouch.

-No weird taste;-you can totally use it to replace granula sugar in baking and cooking. The sweetness is different from regular sugar so it takes some time to know the right amount of erythritol.;-(one of) the cheapest

Item arrived promptly. Good quality. I tried it, made a chocolate cake. Turned out really well. Because I used this product instead of caster sugar, the cake was light did not put me off or made dizzy as if would be made with a lot of sugar. Thank you!

I usually buy Xylitol and mix them with Sucralose in my tea. Switched to Erythritol and haven't noticed a difference. Good stuff, and prompt delivery.I felt the packet containing the sweetener could have been better though. Couldn't close properly once opened.
