This product has a good flavor, but has a slight after taste that I just got used to. I'm 3 weeks in and it is working. I like this for small daily doses. Just be aware that the dropper does not have indicator markers as shown in product description, at least mine did not. I just put a little under tongue every morning. I will likely purchase again.

I like this. I don’t use it every day and I’m careful not to take too much at once. I think it helps me get iron and taken in small doses… had not bothered my stomach/GI.

I started using this liquid iron supplement because I wanted something easier on the stomach than iron tablets. So far it’s been a good experience. Taste amazing , helped with my iron level i use to have headaches and before i finished the whole bottle , I dont have headaches anymore . Did not upset my stomach .

Easy iron replacement for someone who can’t adorn pill form iron.

I bought this because of other reviews saying it tasted good. I fully expected it to still taste terrible. I have to admit, I'm surprised. It does taste good. Instructions are just to take 1mL daily using the dropper it comes with. It doesn't say how, like some supplements say under the tongue. But swallowing like it's a liquid candy is just fine. It is raspberry flavor, and it's very raspberry. So if that's not a flavor you like, this may not be for you. But I liked it, and I have a big time sweet tooth. The only thing that caught me off guard was the smell. It's not bad at all, it just doesn't smell like it tastes. It smells like those perfume-y, fake rose scented bath gel beads all the millennial's moms and aunties had for some reason but never used. Or like the pouporri specifically in a small church bathroom. Anyway, not unpleasant. Just unusual. Packaging was fine. Bottle arrived fine. No cracks or breaks. The top was vacuum sealed. I'd buy it again. It's not expensive and it sure beats taking those horse pills other iron supplements have.

My biggest issues were poor dispensing instructions. I thought it was a product you place under the tongue but the directions on the bottle or packaging never said. Secondly it tells you to use the dropper to take 1 ml per day, however there was no mark or indication of where 1 ml would be on the dropper. I saw online later where it recommended to drink it with a beverage. The taste of it was pleasant.
