Update: I cannot turn off the microphone. Everytime I try to do voice to text or answer a call it automatically routes to my watch. I NEVER want to use my watch to talk. You can't hear on it, it's ridiculous. I have tried everything to disconnect (have an iphone) and there seems to be no settings that disable the microphone or disconnect without entirely turning off bluetooth. If this wasn't an issue, it would be 5 star. But because of how infuriating it is to lose my calls to my watch, I won't be getting another one of these devices. At least not until this is fixed. I was a fitbit girly and while I love the data it gives me, they die fast. My last versa 4 always ended my workouts, I had to disconnect my bluetooth in order to track my workouts, it didn't always track and sync. It also told me it would allow me to change and personalize backgrounds and NEVER worked. I loved this feature on the Apple Watch and was hoping to personalize my background with a photo, was never able to to. Instead of getting another, I decided to try another brand that was cheaper-seeing if the name brand matters the most. The things that are the most important for me to track are: -sleep -exercise -being able to quickly see time -weather -heart rate Wishlist: -changeable backgrounds -ability to control music from my watch -take calls -read messages When I tell you-this watch has met my expectations and surpassed!! It has all of my needs and then also my wishlist! I have a personalized background, it reads my messages, it allows me to not only pause my music, audiobooks, and podcasts-it also lets me go back and forward! It gives me all the same data tracking for workouts and sleep. One of my favorite unique features is that I swim and when I start workout-it asks me the length of the pool for laps, and when I end the workout, it vibrates to shake the water out and then tells me to shake the watch after to clear it out. That's just a cute and useful feature for it's longevity! The cons: -it doesn't sync fast-sometimes it takes a minute -the band isn't as customizeable or I haven't found a bunch of other brands. It would be nice if it was more comfortable or there were options that were not silicone -the battery life isn't super long if you have notifications on and it takes awhile to recharge -I am not sure how reliable the sleep data is. It says my sleep quality is great and my fitbit always said it sucked-so one of them is wrong! -I can't control which notifications to receive or haven't figured out how to turn more off -The answering calls feature is not useful. I think it picks up but I can't hear what anyone is saying back-so even if they can hear me, I can't actually hear the call. And I don't know how to turn this feature off. Also when I answer a call on my phone-it will switch to this device as a "bluetooth" and then I can't hear my call! So that's annoying and idk how to shut that off. Overall-depending it dying soon, this is the best fitness tracker I've had. It's cuter, sleeker, more data packed, and reliable than ones 5x the price. Highly recommend!!!

Does what I need - shows double extra secret sms texts from secure sites so I can complete log ins. Sometimes drops out of A l exa and you have to go to watch software and log in again. The mic and speaker are better than those in my expensive new android phone. I now have most conversations thru this watch. It also keeps time. If you are one of those folks who believes you can get accurate bio info such as BP etc from a smartwatch you are in luck. Shows that info as well. Battery lasts me 2-3 days. When think of what I spent on wifes name brand fruit watch I am amazed at how well this works for 10+ X less. Range is about 30 feet from phone.

Wow, I’ve only had this watch 1 day , but I am amazed ! Now , I’ve had zero experience with smart watches ,I’m over 70 and I’m a tech dummy . But , even though it took me quite a while , I got it setup , including Alexa !, Last night I wore it to bed and it tracked my sleep pattern . Who knew ?.? I have some heart rate issues , so I can now be monitoring it whenever I need to. .This watch is totally comfortable and visually appealing. The price is great for those of us on a fixed income , as well ! Initially, I purchased this , because I thought it to be trendy , now I’m convinced that this is a wonderful asset to daily life .

I was very excited to buy these watches and at such a low price. I thought $43 was really a good price for this smart. But I was disappointed a month after wearing it because I began noticing a black patch on my wrist under the face of the watch and then a small black lump that seems like a small blood clot. I had bought one for my husband as well and he also began to notoce anbunusual patch on his wrist and he stopped wearing it. Both of us have worn watches in the past and no watch ever did this tonus. I wish I could return the watches and get my refund but I know I have passed that refund period sonce i bought them just before Christmas. I just wouldn't recommend this watch!

The watch is an affordable alternative to other brands. I am impressed with the overall quality of the tracking features. The sound quality is good and syncing feature works beautifully. I would give the watch a five-star review; however, the one major issue is that the watch settings are very limited. The ones that are available are almost impossible to access. When I receive a notification, the screen time's out almost immediately. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to change this setting but there is no information available on the app. I installed and attempted to use Alexa to increase the time before the screen turns off but that didn't work either. The function to turn on the screen when the watch faces up does not work despite spending a great deal of time attempting to move my wrist as suggested in the app.

False advertising, very cheap watch that didn’t turn on. Was sent a bright pink colour, nothing like what was advertised & described.

Watch looks great. It’s not too big and not to small. Had an issue with the first watch I ordered however I got a quick response from suppliers. The watch was changed and works perfectly.
