Have been in menopause since 2006 (32 yrs old due to a hysterectomy), tried HRTs and stopped because of how harmful they are and decided I would go through this naturally. Ugh.. These gummies are the only thing I have found that stop the hot flashes, night sweat and emotional Rollercoaster that comes with menopause. If you're suffering, try these. Better than primrose, black cohosh or anything else on the market. It's worth the try.

Well i never write reviews but this product deserves one!! ive been suffering from severe hot flashes and night sweats for about 2 years now and this is the only product that has worked for me! i still get some hot flashes but not as many as i used to get and when i do get them they are not as long or intense as they used to be! and finally able to sleep at night!! thank god night sweats not as bad and often as they used to be either!! finally a good nights sleep! definitly recommend!!

My nights were all the same! Go to bed HoT! Get cold after a few minutes, wake up at 2am in a full sweat and wide awake until 4am, alarm goes off at 4:52am. Always exhausted! No more!! I felt the better sleep in night one! After a week I was sleeping all night and no sweating! This will always be on my night stand!

I have used this product good taste but no help for my hot flashes , can't tell it has really helped me
