Love, the fact that this magnesium comes in a pearl with MCT oil instead of a dry chalky tablet. Micro ingredients has some of the best supplements and the quality is better and reasonably priced. You can always count on micro ingredients to deliver a high-quality product without fillers or additives. I especially like that there is no fillers like most supplements that are bulky capsules and don’t have much of what you need in them.

Good Nights Sleep Finally with Magnesium Glycinate!
Most of the vitamins in my regimen are from Micro Ingredients. They provide quality products and I can tell the difference as continue to take them. The Pure Magnesium Glycinate has been wonderful in helping me getting a good nights sleep once I started taking them. I wake in the mornings feeling rested and without a foggy or groggy feeling. I may switch to the Magnesium Complex from Micro Ingredients, but that would be the only reason I may discontinue the Magnesium Glycenate.

No more curled feet
My leg and feet cramps have almost completely gone away. Once in a while I can feel the muscles getting tight but I no longer have those cramps that make my feet curl up
