Review: Best N/A Campari/Aperol so far - There's not many contenders out there yet for a zero-alcohol Campari or Aperol, but I've found that this one works as a pretty decent contender for both. Though, after going through 3 bottles of this now and playing around with a bunch of different drink recipes, I use it more as a Campari replacement because it's more sweet than bitter. If you're looking at getting into making mocktails, I definitely wouldn't start with this, as it's got a very unique flavor profile. However, as someone starting up my own sober bar, I've come to love using this to serve up many more zero-proof versions of classic cocktails that are a little more "niche". I definitely recommend

Verrrrry strong and quite sweet. Definitely a mixer for me. I wouldn't want to have to drink a shot of this but it does add a blend of delicious notes to any beverage, classing it up. It's kind of like bitters, but sweet, orangey, and pungent. If you're going to serve non-alcoholic beverages, I think it's a real gold star if there is a wide selection for those of us who don't drink. If I saw this on someone's counter along with some groovy soda, I'd feel so included.
