I have been using this device for a year now and not a single hair has been removed. All the lights come on, everything flashes as expected, but nothing effective happens. Yes, I followed the instructions. I wish I could be compensated for all the time I've wasted on this. I can't even leave a 0 star review.

I've had this for months now, and it is so quick and easy to use. When I actually use it several times a week, it really does slow the growth and reduce the need for shaving. If I would use it faithfully, I probably wouldn't have to even shave weekly. It clearly says to start it on a lower setting for the first few times, and work your way up to a higher setting. I did this, and did not have any problem with it whatsoever.

This item did not work at all, I opened the package plugged it in and it immediately started making popping and cracking noises…it flashed a few times and made an even louder cracking noise, then it proceeded to not work anymore. It would flash on and off to the OFF screen and the screen then started flickering. I had it out of the box a total of 5 mins before it started acting up. Not worth the buy.

I wanted to wait a month to review. I have used this 3x the first three weeks and 2x the following. So far I have noticed a huge reduction in hair, it’s finer, and my skin is much smoother. It’s easy to use, light in hand, and if only working in small areas very fast. It’s one flash per 3 seconds approximately. I’ve recommended it to a few people who bought it immediately after and feel the same. 10/10 would recommend.

It's certainly the quality of it's price, but I expected that. It's a little odd to hold and use. Also, when using, it tends to freak out a little. Due to what I presume is an overheating protection, the device shuts off, but only for a couple of seconds. You can keep using it, but it will keep doing that every couple of blasts. Along with that, I'm not terribly confident that the protective glasses are up to spec. If you're paranoid and don't want to hold your hand over your eyes every blast, I'd buy a pair of laser goggles, just to be safe. So far, it's too early to say it's working, but I'll see how it goes.
