This is proving to be a great chair. Assembly was a fun challenge. You can read into the previous sentence that there are a few sections required wKaljibg away and doing something for awhile, especially the footrest. But, I like puzzles and the good feeling from figuring out to do the assembly.The chair is comfortable. Having had many lumbar and cervical surgeries, I take chair design seriously. This chair supports my back everywhere needed. It reclines with a pull up footrest. A note: to return chair back to upright, you have to learn all the way back and then it will pop you forward. I Al shhh I use a cushion with this chair for extra padding, a sacral cut out, and a little more support.

Love my new office chair. Very comfortable and I stay cool with the mesh. It reclines back easily; the footrest is a game changer. My back feels better after using it for the last few weeks. Was easy to assemble. The hardware comes in a labeled container, recommend taking off the back so they stay separated and easy to find. The chair itself is sturdy and rolls easily.

The media could not be loaded. This is a well designed chair. I almost didn't buy because of bad reviews. It took a while to set-up (1hour) but the instructions are easy to understand. Very comfortable chair, no need for cushions. Foot rest is sturdy. Over all it was worth it.

I bought this product because of a lightning deal going for $199.99. The assembly instructions were easy to understand, and i put it together in about 20 minutes with a ratcheting screwdriver. I’m 5’9 M with a 60/40 leg to torso ratio. The back piece is a lot taller than i expected. When i sit upright in it, the center of the headrest is perfectly aligned with the nape of my neck. The mesh is looser than i was expecting. If you’re really looking for lumbar support, this is not the chair for you. My back falls perfectly flat on the chair. My back touches the back support bar. So not uncomfortable, but also not the type of comfort i was looking for when buying this chair. I like the tilt range of motion, but the vertical range leaves more to be desired. At the lowest height setting, my knees are slightly bent. At the highest setting, the ball of my foot is flat on the ground with my heel maybe a 1/4 inch off the ground. The build quality is “okay,” the back piece is a little wobbly if you were to fully tilt back. It does not lay flat. I like the functions including the leg rest (although i wish it were a little wider so i didn’t have to squish my boys to have both legs up at the same time) and the position locking on the arm rests. Didn’t know it had the arm rest feature until i was putting it together. The look is very professional and clean.TLDR: Mesh is comfy but loose, cool features, professional, clean design, awkward proportions. Sturdy-ish for $200

I like it overall except the little screws on the head rest fall out. That is pre-assembled. It is difficult to tighten because of the tight fit. I use just a philips bit fyi. May need tape it :( Still happy with rest of the quality for the price.

Low build quality. Flimsy. Feels cheap. Defective and damaged inside packaging. Would not recommend.Unfortunately, I was not able to unpack and set the chair up before I was outside the return window. However, it has significant defects to the webbing of the seat leaving jagged plastic edges that are fraying and will likely fail well before the typical wear would dictate. The chair is also not at all sturdy and feels wobbly. Why bother selling junk like this unless it’s just an attempt to literally sell trash to consumers? Even at the price, this is still grossly overpriced for the quality and comfort. Now, I’m stuck with a chair that honestly belongs in a landfill with no recourse other than to suffer until I can justify investing in something new. My chiropractor thanks you.

Amazingly comfortable, love this chair.

Really nice chair for a good price my only issue was that the instructions were sort of confusing and the screws were labeled weird.
